Fix Sunny aerial-down

Performing an Aerial-down attack as Sunny had great chance to ringout her immediately on NTSC systems.

(For the neardiests: it was because of an unsigned multiplication to compute the NTSC speed that should have been a signed multiplication.)

As we are at patching Sunny, the hitboxes of her jab have been enlarged, resulting in a more reliable 3-jab combo.
